  1. Am about to bottle this one tonight. F.G. is 1.011, which I'm happy with. It's fermented in a water bath of 15-16C water. Estimated fermentation temp is probably around 17-18C.

Fingers crossed for a tasty beer in a couple of weeks.

  2. Bottling went smoothly. Still working out an efficient way of sanitising the bottles.
Tasted the beer and flavour is good.

  3. This beer's been going down very well. Nice level of carbonation and head retention. Beautiful rich colour. Has a nice crispness to it and a distinctive wheat beer flavour and aroma.
You can enjoy it clear or you can go traditional and give the bottle a gently swish before the last part of the pour to cloud it up.
I'd definitely recommend giving this one a go.
